'I'm fully all in with Bayern' - Kane reduces on Premier League homecoming

Kane marks his 100th goal for Bayern Munich

Harry Kane has revealed that his interest in returning to the Premier League has faded and he is open to discuss a new deal with Bayern Munich.

The star striker is at the moment midway through the four-year contract he signed when moving to from Tottenham Hotspur for 86.4 million pounds in the offseason of 2023.

The experienced forward has accumulated an remarkable 103 goals in 106 appearances for the German team, helping them win the 2024-25 Bundesliga crown - which was the initial important honor of his notable career.

Tottenham manager Thomas Frank has previously expressed that he would like to see Kane go back to England, where he lacks 48 goals to overtake Alan Shearer's record Premier League scoring milestone of 260.

However, the England captain has now suggested that he is no longer as enthusiastic about going back home as he earlier was, and would definitely think about lengthening his time in Bavaria.

"In terms of remaining longer, I could absolutely see that," he remarked.

"I mentioned openly a couple of weeks ago that I have not had those discussions with Bayern yet, but if they were to come up I would be willing to talk and have an honest conversation.

"Obviously it relies on how the next year or so unfolds and what we achieve together. Right now, I would say we are in a excellent moment and I am not thinking about anything else.

"In terms of the Premier League, I don't know. If you had questioned me when I first left to go to Bayern, I would have said for sure I would come back.

"Now I have been there a couple of years I would likely say that has gone down a little bit, but I wouldn't say I would never go back.

"What I have learned in my career is that different chances and different timings happen and things work out. Going back to my first point with Bayern right now I am completely all in with Bayern."

Historic Achievements and Future Ambitions

Kane is the historic top scorer for both Tottenham and England and recently became the speediest player this century to reach 100 goals for a club participating in one of Europe's top five divisions, reaching the milestone in just 104 games for Bayern.

However, a trophy had avoided him until he secured the German title last season.

Kane reveals that he was not sure how he would respond after overcoming his trophy wait, but now feels it has made him motivated for more success.

"When you win a title like I did last year, maybe it could be easy to go the other way and be like, 'OK I've done what I wanted to achieve'," he explained.

"But it's given me more drive to do more and be better. I think I've demonstrated that this year.

"I was curious in how I would feel after winning a trophy. Obviously there's still a lot more I want to achieve in terms of other trophies and bigger trophies for sure.

"But I think it was always just, in my head, what I was going to feel like after I did achieve winning my first one.

"But for sure, I driven myself the other way in terms of being even better, maintaining even cleaner, doing more gym. Just trying to get the most out of what I've got right now."
